Just Like Anyone Else: St. Louis after Stonewall
www.thewgbhlab.org Just Like Anyone Else: St. Louis after Stonewall The Stonewall Uprising was an amazing event in New York that is usually credited with the start of Gay Liberation. But, we're not in New York; we're in Missouri -- a state well-known for its rose-colored, political conservatism. Fortunately, however, we're in the more liberal leaning, independent city of St. Louis, where the LGBT community has become a tightknit growing force, to advance the rights of all human beings, regardless of gender identity or expression.
