Wear I Fit
*For nonprofit educational purposes*
This digital story was produced in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the AsAmSt 370 Asian American Media Literacy class (Spring 2010)
My story is about self image/self perception. It's about how the clothes we wear become our way of conforming... or rebelling. It's about how we sometimes wear clothes that don't necessarily fit us, just so we can live up to an image we think others want to see. It's about how we hide our true selves within the false comfort of brand names and fine fabric - how we lose sight of who we are due to societal pressure. It's also about how sometimes we have to look at our naked selves in the mirror and love what we see. Love who we are. Love who we want to become.
