Dear Antiques Roadshow:
I would like to thank you for your time spent reviewing my video submission. Again, these items are as follows: 9 pieces of Jefferson Davis every-day china, a letter sent from Jefferson Davis from Beauvoir, MS with original Beavoir stationary to Mrs. S. B. Morgan inquiring of a book he was supposed to be sending to her at the time (February 27, 1882), and a copy of "The Grasshopper War" by Varina Howell Davis, being copy 107 of 200 original copies. These items also have a chronological timeline of their documentation of inheritance from the Davis family to the J.P. Yerger family, then to the Beckwith family, of whom Byron De Lay Beckwith, Sr. was the main character of the movie "Mississippi Burning" as portrayed by James Woods; the pieces then proceeded to be bought by my grandfather, L.E. Matthews, II. There is also documentation of the inheritance of these pieces to my father, A.P. Matthews. If you have any further inquiries regarding these historical pieces, please E-mail me.

This was a completely impromptu "You-tube"-ish video. I enjoyed showing this video, though. No scripting was necessary, other than the dates.
